Dealing with Difficult People Speaker - Dealing with Lazy Women, Women Issues Speaker
Unfortunately not every woman these days likes to work. Even worse, the women who work the least often complain the most.
North America and its media have mesmerized women to think they are entitled to everything under the sun just because they have some outward beauty and are physically desirable.
I say on the contrary! Outward beauty quickly fades, after which the picture - the inner character (or the lack thereof) only remains.
The Bible says, "If a man does not work, neither shall he eat." Therefore women who don't work, have no right to complain.
Women who compare their domestic situation to other couples wherein the husband is the sole breadwinner and provider are usually lazy and subtly saying, "I don't want to work. Provide for me so I can be a princess."
My cousin who is an Army Ranger and officer in the military said an older officer wisely advised him when he was young, "When you are ready to marry, choose a woman who has a good education and good job." He did so and says, "It works like a charm."
Undoubtedly finances are often the number one thing couples fight over.
I firmly believe if a woman is not about to give birth or nursing newborns, she should have a job and be working. Otherwise she can become a busybody, snob or get involved in things she should not. Idle time is the devil's playground. More importantly women need to have a purpose, something to live for and should contribute and give back through working.
Modern day women who are consumers and complainers, but not produces concern me. Not good character for children growing up to see.
My stepmother taught school for 31 years and was a good role model at home and in society. My cousins' wives all work good jobs.
We all (men and women) should be no different and need to be working. I advise all men who have wives who refuse to work to have separate bank accounts.
If a woman is unruly, rebellious and refuses to listen to you... then use some ambassadors (George Washington, Benjamin Franklin and Andrew Jackson - faces on American currency).
Remove a lazy woman's name from your credit cards (even if she is your wife) and make her get a job.
God help us all to be diligent and be fruit with our lives.

Women Issues Speaker - Cursed Women Struggling to Survive
Women in the 21st century face many challenges and also create for men challenges of their own.
Since women are typically physically weaker than men (although not always as I have seen several woman nowadays outweigh a man), for centuries women have learned ways beyond the physical to exert their influence and get what they want.
Some women barter with sex and their feminine charms. Others resort to be boisterous, complaining and yelling. Some women play the pity and sympathy card making men feel sorry for them as the damsel in distress.
All of these mechanisms, methods and ploys can play well for women when they are single and just dating. However once women marry, these manipulation mechanisms can greatly harm one's marriage and alienate a woman's husband.
Acting and purporting different roles is not only unhealthy, but can lead to schizophrenia as a woman decides who she wants to be from day to day.
Women who are more masterful than men in playing and using their emotions to influence and persuade people need to be careful in marriage lest they alienate their husbands and lose their trust altogether by reason of excessive use of these manipulative measures.
Even the least intelligent men over time eventually catch on and can see a sly and subtle woman's tactics in operation.
The Creator obviously wired men and women differently, but this is not to say God blesses the misuse of the female emotions to manipulate men.
God closed the womb of a belligerent and disrespectful wife of king David named Michal (2Samuel 6:12-15,20-23). Michal was barren all of the days of her life, being unfruitful - thought to be a curse to this day in Israel.
Many women remain unfruitful in their lives despite their wholehearted efforts to succeed because God Himself is opposing them. Why? Perhaps because while these women are endeavoring to climb the ladder of success, their ladder is leaning upon the wrong building and the methods they are using are not pure.
There is nothing pure about a woman using her emotions to play and prey on men to get what they want. Hence God does not bless such a woman. "Blessed are the pure in heart; they shall see God" (Matthew 5:8).
Other women too were cursed by God for their subtlety and rebellion. God cursed Miriam with leprosy (the sister of Moses) when she spoke against him (Numbers 12:1-10). Many women love to complain and belittle the men in their lives. Yet God does not bless such women and in fact allows the curses that the sow and spew on to others to return unto them. Truly women reap what they sow (see Galatians 6:7). God will not be mocked by women, nor will He allow women to make a mockery of the men He created.
That being said I've known God to judge people who disrespect authority and whether women like it or not husbands are the head / covering of wives according to the Bible (Ephesians 5:23).
As for rebellion, God says: "Rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry." (1Samuel 15:23)
So as a man I need to be in church and submitting to my Pastor and spiritual authorities, accountable to you my father and mother, respect the law of the land (just paid property taxes and reported for jury duty this week), remain humble in heart to grow and gain favor in life to advance economically, socially and in influence with humanity.
These are my core values and principles I cherish, which merely talking about I cannot fully convey to a woman (especially a know-it-all, self-righteous and headstrong woman).
So I just try to consistently live according to my values....and yes I sometimes fail and fall short. I'm not perfect (nowhere near)....but I'm trying.
But I do value the Bible and godly principles of moral conduct which are timeless and work toward personal success (Joshua 1:8).
Modern women today within this rebellious and self-righteous era need to remain humble and accountable first to God. Women should endeavor to keep pure hearts tender to God and be forewarned of the dangers of being belligerent and belittling of men, disrespecting their husbands and seeking to manipulate men in general with their looks and charms.
Snakes are smooth moving and cunning too! But sometimes they get their heads quickly cut off by a machete when a man has had enough of their sickly slithering.
Women given to manipulation should therefore beware lest they be cursed by God and brought low for their loathesome behavior.

Women Issues Speaker: American Women Entitlement Mentality and Lack of Integrity
The greatest generation, my grandparents' era, are sadly gone. They knew how to work for what they wanted and rarely complained. Today we have women's rights, fights, a lack of integrity and an entitlement mentality. What do I mean?
Thanks to modern media, immorality and an ungodly mentality of entitlement that tells women they "deserve" more... women nowadays are continually looking over the fence for greener pastures, richer men and romantic flings.
I learned a long time ago lust is not love, although it can be more fun for a short while. However reality eventually catches up with us and allows us to test the depth of professed love.
The Bible says, "Love in deed and truth, not in tongue" (1 John 3:18). American women (like men professing love to get quick sex) have learned to say the right things to get a relational commitment and mate a man, only to later learn and discover thereafter that the love they sought was nothing more than an illusion.
Notions of love often are far apart and removed from reality and everyday life. True love is coupled with truth and commitment, which soap operas and bachelorette shows rarely embody and embrace.
Infatuation and personal gratification therefore has become the order of the day for many self-willed and headstrong American women. To each her own. After all it is your life.
Yet if you are disgruntled, disillusioned and unhappy ladies don't blame the men in your life for your "issues" currently inwardly and outwardly tormenting you.
How about a check-up from the neck up for American women.
1. Before you gripe about money - get a job and pay your bills.
Too many women lean on the men in their life and complain while doing so, but rarely contribute.
2. Learn how to keep your word and do what you say.
American women talk, complain and gossip much but do very little.
If you set a goal, finish what you start. Otherwise you are flaky and unstable.
Don't seek satisfaction in a man if you cannot master your own life and show some discipline in your career pursuits, educational enrichment and occupational advancement.
I once dated a woman who comically wanted to have children immediately after marriage. There was an obvious insecurity and depth of despair in this emotional bottomless pit who desperately yearned for something to give her life purpose.
While having and raising children is honorable and admirable, wanting to do so immediately after the honeymoon is a bit desperate and indicates a lack of personal purpose.
3. Instead of creating problems, be a problem solver.
A woman once told her Pastor, "Please pray for me Pastor that God will give me a husband to take care of me."
The Pastor wisely replied: "I don't have a husband to take care of me."
Many women have a similar mentality, shunning thier personal responsibility to provide for their needs and harness their greeds which they don't have sufficient provision to presently obtain.
Instead of being overwhelmed and undone with envy and jealousy when you see others with that which you want, why not practice some personal disciple and good old fashion dedication to work tirelessly until you can EARN that it is you want.
The women of today think they are entitled to something just because somebody else has it and they too want it. I don't think so.
Get off your arse and get an education and a job - applying some discipline to EARN that which you desire.
Otherwise you have no right to complain and whine about it if you are too lazy to get up and work for it.
If you think a sugar daddy will solve your problems, you are greatly deceived. A sugar daddy will treat you like a prosititute and get rid of you when he is finished using you.
Thereafter you will feel worthless and worth less than before.
That being said how about taking the time to invest in yourself, separate yourself from men and do soemthing meaningful with your life instead of shopping, complaining and comparing.
Your problem is not your man, but the person in the mirror.
Welcome to the 21st century princess.
What you SAY means nothing. What you DO means everything!

Women Issues Speaker: My Girl, Not My God
My girl, not my God.
An enlightening message for ladies and gents
Come on men it's time to take a stance!
Be the man God created you to truly be.
Get off your butt and turn off the TV
There is more to life than living vicariously
Through your sports heroes and teams weekly
Focus on yourself a bit to live purposefully
To regain your divine identity and live powerfully!
Shake and awake yourself to your divine destiny
Refuse to be belittled by the woman you married
Or whichever female is in your life temporarily
Be the man of the house spiritually and dynamically
Lead by example and that with tender humility
If your girl begins complaining and getting boisterous
Remind her she is your girl, not your God to be worshipped
Remove the mouthy woman from the self-centered pedestal
Take back your life and give it wholeheartedly to your Creator
If this disappoints, aggravates and irritates your prized princess
Well then she can go! Because it will no longer be her show!
If your life is to be full of peace and joy, you must submit to God
Partner with the Lord of life and put an end to all of the strife
Stop the whimpering, whining, complaining and cruel criticism
The many manipulative measures designed and used by women
To manuever and get what they want, while driving God from your life.
No more! The mighty Creator is knocking patiently at your heart's door
Waiting for your invitation to be extended graciously unto Him
So He in all of His goodness and glory may majestically come in!
Befriend the living God and His glory will miraculously clothe you
Embrace the Lord of love and His abundant blessings will chase you!
No longer will you be weakened by your drama queen's unkind words
Because the Word of life will make you stronger and fill you with faith
After which you can boldly arise with fire in your eyes to run the race
To fulfill your destiny with eyes open wide to divinely see the heavenly
To bring blessings and breakthroughs where you need God to move.
To resurrect and reestablish your manhood and attract godly women to you
To melt and change whichever woman is currently attached to you

To resurrect and reestablish your manhood and attract godly women to you
To melt and change whichever woman is currently attached to you
To silence skeptics and noisy negatives being voiced among you
To turn hopeless situations around and make gray skies blue!
Reconnect with your Creator and don't worry about what the girl will do.

Good Christian Bitches: Women Issues Speaker Book Review
Good Christian Bitches is the strikingly honest tale of Amanda Vaughn, a recently divorced mother of two. To get a fresh start, she moves back to the affluent Dallas neighborhood where she grew up. In a Desperate Housewives style, her old friends are seemingly out to destroy her reputation.
In the whirling midst of salacious gossip, Botox, and fraud, Amanda turns to those who love her and the faith she’s always known. Will the Good Christian Bitches get the best of her, or will everyone see that these GCBs are as counterfeit as their travel jewelry?
The author of Good Christian Bitches Dallas native Kim Gatlin puts a voice to the downside of gossip in a light-hearted piece of fiction but with a message that she hopes will resonate with women everywhere.
Like the feisty, charismatic women in Good Christian Bitches, Kim and the women in her life are bold, sassy and strong. She counts her mother, sister, girlfriends, cousin and two steadfast Southern Baptist grandmothers in that group—all women who use these traits as assets and gifts.

Women Issues Speaker: Reconciling Your Private Life and Public Persona
Have you ever met someone who acts one way publicly, but is entirely different privately? When you are a celebrity (like Tiger Woods for example), the squeaky clean image is hard to uphold.
We all have our weaknesses, frailties and flaws. Yet people from the outside looking in often uphold and idealize celebrities and "special people" seeing only the glitter and glamor at social events.
I know one successful businessman who tells his girlfriend, "Everybody in life is like a pancake having two sides: a good side and a bad side."
When you are wealthy, everybody sees the "good side" ...or the side advantageous and agreeable to them... the fact that you are rich and have something they want.
However being rich isn't always all it is cracked up to be. As President Obama told Oprah at the White House during a 2009 Christmas interview, "Being the President, when it comes to gifts, I usually give better gifts than I receive."
Expectations on celebrities, the wealthy, clergy, parents and even mothers can be overwhelming for even the best of persons. Trying to continually live up to the expectations of others can be emotionally and physically exhausting.
Eventually at some point most check out of the game and prefer transparency, posturing themselves with more humility. Alternatively a few (to their own demise) seek to project a level and degree of personal perfection and put-togetherness as if to exalt themselves over everyone else.
This is what I most respect about President Obama, his humility and love for the American people he was elected to serve. Pres. Obama and Michelle rightly call the White House "the people's house" ...something I don't recall any other President beforehand ever doing - a new concept and paradigm for leaders in government.
Nevertheless even those who excel in certain professions have bad days. Athletes don't always eat and live healthy. Mothers aren't always loving, patient and nurturing.
Clergy sometimes cause as much conflict with the sermons they preach from the pulpit, as the counseling they provide in private makes peace to heal the divide.
Interior designers and domestic divas who publicly look so awe inspiring sometimes fail to care for their own homes, which if you were to visit unexpectedly might appear frightful.
Likewise businessmen sometimes make bad business decisions and lose a pile of money.
Yet failure is never final, nor is it a measure of your womanhood or manhood. However the way you respond to personal flaws, frailties and failure will help you determine the measure of your character.
What comes out of your mouth under pressure best reveals what is truly in your heart and needing to be purged and purified.
If you continually project yourself as entirely put-together and radiate an air of superiority, eventually when the day of exposure comes and you are found wanting, great will be the humiliation and judgment which you have brought upon your self.
Transparency and REALITY therefore is the order of the day. Hence the popularity of reality TV.
Everyday people relate better to reality than to perfection.
Therefore get off the personal pedestol you have created for and enthroned yourself upon to live transparently. Be real and open enough to share your personal struggles and testimony. After all, this is what has endeared millions to Oprah and made her billions of dollars.
People who are real and speak openly of their struggles make us feel normal and give us hope.
I was blessed to hear about President Obama and first lady Michelle Obama's early marital struggles during the first few years of matrimony. It makes me realize perfection is not the order of the day to be successful, just patience and persistence.
Therefore stop trying to put on an outward show and be something you are not. Die to your feelings of self-importance and invest in others realizing it is when you are being a blessing and helping others that you stand the tallest and discover your purpose.
Die to "I" and live for the good and betterment of others. As you do you shall be a great blessing and simultaneously personally benefit.
Be internally and outwardly congruent both in your private and personal life so you don't have to juggle the Dr. Jekel and Mr. Hyde personas and continually wonder who you shall be today. Be true to yourself and the values you hold dear.
Love and honor those closest to you before you try to speak to and shape your world. Respect and service begins on the homefront with those in closest proximity to you, who best know you and all of your imperfections.
They who know you best will often rub you the wrong way first, but in so doing (if you will embrace it) awaken you to a greater level of self-awareness and opportunities for further personal growth.
By humility and the fear of the Lord are riches, honor and life (Proverbs 22:4).
Many in America seek riches only to later be told on publicly by those who intimately know them privately. The end result is they have riches but with them are empty and without honor because they forgot to build a strong foundation.
So before you climb the ladder of success, it behooves you to make sure your ladder is leaning upon the right building.

Women Issues Speaker: Self-Respect and Discernment to Deal with Players Preying on You
It breaks my heart to hear of women being taken advantage of by deceitful men. I recently heard of a lonely woman who got involved with a younger man and was duped by him to take out a second mortgage on her home to "invest" in building a house (on land he owned) in Jamaica.
She was promised the two would live there together.
The only problem is the two were not married and she financed the majority of the construction of the home with him doing a little oversight during the building.
Once the home was built (which cost her $180,000 USD), the two broke up. When she asked her former boyfriend to sell the home or refund her money, he ignored her entirely and stopped returning her phone calls. Living in a foreign country, the lady had little recourse by law as she had no contract nor marital covenant.
Being in an entirely different country with no written contract whatsoever, this player preyed on this foolish woman who was seduced by her emotions and promises of love to invest her entire life's savings, children's inheritance and basically her entire estate in an ex-boyfriend's new Caribbean home (which she did not have any contractual interest nor a marital right to claim).
That was enough money to send everyone of her children and grandchildren to college. The woman never bought any of her children a car or house, but when some smooth talking player passed by ready to prey on her insecurity and emotional emptiness she opened up her entire bank account to be stolen right beneath her eye.
The moral of this sad story is don't do business ladies on love, because it may later turn out to be nothing more than momentary infatuation, lust and you losing big time at the hands of a smooth talker and player preying handsomely on you!
When the emotional flurry, butterflies and romance is gone you had better be sure you have not signed away your personal estate and financial investments.
Guard your heart and your purse when dating men. I don't care if you are in a "committed" relationship or not. I don't even care if you are engaged. Until you are legally married, you have no business living together, sharing a home, nor bank account.
If you have to finance a man's life - get rid of him asap! Tell him to get lost and to get a job. Don't invest in any man's dreams until you are married to him.
If you are so desperate and emotionally lonely that you are selling yourself (or rather paying / bribing guys to date and be with you), they are not worthy of you. They are purely playing you, making you no better than a pimp and the man the whore.
Get a grip and take a check up from the neck up. Listen to your Pastor, family and friends. The first sign of danger is when you "love him so much" and begin to feel "nobody else understands... we're in love" etc. that you isolate yourself and remove yourself from outside counsel and wisdom.
Nonsense! Wake up and get your head screwed on straight before you lose it all.

Dear Mr. Joe Sibley and Los Alamos National Laboratory,
Warm greetings from sunny Florida!
As a worldwide motivational speaker with extensive experience throughout the globe and a part-time mystery shopper at amusement parks and upscale restaurants and hotels; it would be an honor to speak to your ladies on customer service.
Given that I live in Florida and have traveled from Mexico to Argentina, I get along well with the Hispanic population and can speak a fair amount of Spanish having studied the language in high-school, college and university.
I also am the author of several books popular among women:
- Empowering & Liberating Women to Achieve Greatness
- Healthy Relationships
- Breakthrough For a Broken Heart
- Adultery 101
Some of my corporate clients (such as spas and hair salons) request that when I speak on customer service and do group trainings for a predominate female audience that I approach the topic from somewhat of a more emotional / relational angle to relate and appeal to women.
I too could do this for you if you would like.
