Spa and Salon Customer Service Speaker for Customer Satisfaction, Conflict Resolution and Problem Solving

As someone who frequents spas throughout the world to improve my personal quality of life, I greatly value what you do and consider your products and services combined with a caring personal touch priceless.

As one trained in NLP and advanced interrogation, I can also talk on nonverbal cues and body language to look for to identify dissatisfaction among customers and help your team members change the course of outcomes and work miracles in the midst of messy situations.
